We made checking your order status easy by providing an online tracker that lets you know the current status of your order. You can also view your order history and track your receipt. We make it easy to find what you're looking for, so you can always be sure that your order is on its way.
There are 2 ways to check the status of your order;
- Through our Easy Check Order section;
- Go to weathermanumbrella.com
- Click the 'Account' Icon
- Go to "Check Order"
- Enter your Order Number and, or Email Address

We know how people feel about promotions! They are a great way to get the most value out of an order through discounts. While our only genuine intention is for our customers to enjoy these perks, they can also be a source of unintended frustration, especially if the codes do not work or if there are no simple instructions where the codes should be entered. The good news is we made it easy for everyone!
Using your Code:
- To use a code, first you must have at least a qualifying item in your Shopping Cart
- Enter the Promo Code exactly as you have received them
- Hit 'Submit'
Our system will add the "Order Discount" line to the Invoice Summary to show that the Promo code was successfully added to your Order. If you have questions or trouble adding the code to an order, please contact our Customer Service team by referring to this Section.

How many promo codes can I use with my order?
Currently, promo codes cannot be stacked. This means customers can only use 1 code per transaction. -
Can I reuse my codes?
Promo codes are tied to an account immediately after they are used with an order, so codes cannot be recycled or reused to take advantage of the same promo offer or discount.

We understand how our merchandise could have a big impact on our Customer's daily activities, so our team always strives to make sure that orders are delivered on time. Because of this, we have set up our entire system to process orders quickly; as much as possible, we want orders made before 2 PM EST to be shipped out of our facilities within the day.
This only means that there is a brief window of time for our team to intercept an order and make changes with it. Ideally, cancellation and or modification requests should be sent to us within 30 minutes from the time the order was placed.

We certainly do not want our customers to miss out on deliveries or even be surprised by their sudden arrival, so we make sure that notifications are sent to you whenever there are updates with your package.
The tracking number is sent by our system immediately after your package ships out of our warehouse facilities. Also, we simultaneously update your Weatherman Account Page with the tracking number just in case you miss the email. In the event an order is split shipped, we'll send another email with the second tracking number.
Finally, our Customer Service team can also help check the status of your order and provide you with the tracking number. Whenever needed. You may contact us by referring to this section.

Our website is constantly updated so that we can remove items that are out of stock. We do this to make sure that you always have the best selection of products available. If a limited edition item is out of stock, we normally remove it from our website. Otherwise, we make sure that the item is disabled and cannot be added to the 'shopping cart.'
