We promise to only make amazing umbrellas. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll take care of it.
Please email email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to make it easy to send back your umbrella. For returns and exchanges, $8.95 will be deducted to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or style, just let us know and we'll be happy to help you.
- You can expect a refund for the cost of the returned item(s) in the same form of payment if:
- Item is returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- Item is in original condition
- In original packaging including original documentation
- All shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges, $8.95 will be deducted to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
- Free gifts, custom/monogram items, promotional items, and closeout items are not eligible for refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your return. If your return has been approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
